Grab those weight lifting gloves, fuel those muscles, and get ready to lift towards better health! Learn proper lifting technique and proper posture through different methods of strength training. Whether you regularly work out at home or at the gym, you’ll learn to strength train with confidence!
Saturday Team Relay
10:00 AM
Three, Two, One, elevate your heart rate! Motivate and encourage your teammates to complete each lap in the fastest time as a TEAM. Challenge your balance, power, speed, and agility during this fun and challenging fitness course!
