What started as a passion project in a garage with group meetups in a local park has grown into a thriving community of individuals committed to reaching their full potential.

About the Owner

Hey there! I'm Bryce — personal trainer, inline skater, cactus enthusiast, business owner, vegan, and lover of dogs.
Fitness has been foundational to me for over 20 years. It all started with a basic weight training class my sophomore year in high school, where I discovered my passion for health and fitness.
To be honest with you, I just wanted to achieve the muscles I saw in the body building magazines (and maybe there was a hint of vanity behind that decision, but don't judge me!! 🤣). Little did I know what the true benefits of engaging in this process would be, and how it would shape my lifestyle and the many people I would serve in the years to come.
My many years of working with clients deepened my training philosophy. I discovered that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that your quality of life is just as important (if not more important) than the longevity of your life! This shift in mindset has shaped how I approach fitness for myself and the individuals that I work with on a daily basis.
My passion has evolved over the years and has been fortified with this philosophy at the forefront. Herein lies my determination to pursue a healthier, sounder lifestyle for myself and others as we continue to grow and mature in this lifetime!
